 November 7, 2024 - Open House
Academy of Our Lady's Open House for prospective students and families.

November 13, 2024 -  Archdiocesan Application 

Catholic elementary schools will distribute the Archdiocesan Application to students. Archdiocesan Applications will also be available online at www.archdiocese-no.org/www.theacademyofourlady.org or may be picked up in the main office at Academy of Our Lady.

November 15, 2024 - Archdiocesan Application Due

Completed Archdiocesan Applications are to be returned to the applicants' Catholic elementary school. Catholic elementary schools will send Archdiocesan Applications directly to Academy of Our Lady, accompanied by students' transcripts, standardized test results and first-quarter report cards.

January 11, 2025 - High School Academic Assessment Day

High School Academic Assessment  Day for prospective students is held on campus. Testing for high school placement is conducted and the Academy of Our Lady application for admission along with required documentation is due on this day.

The Academy of Our Lady application for admission is different than the Archdiocesan Application form submitted in December.

Mid January 2025 - Admission Interviews

Student and parent interviews are held at Academy of Our Lady.

February 27, 2025 - Notification of Acceptance

Letters of acceptance mailed to applicants.

Early March 2025 - Registration

Registration will be held for accepted applicants.

Late April - Welcome Night

Welcome Night for new pre-freshmen and new freshmen will include announcement of scholarship winners.

April 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm - Blue & White Night

This is a night of fun for all incoming students. Incoming students will meet their Big Sisters, eat dinner, play games, and experience a pep rally atmosphere!
